Safeguarding is hugely important to us and having up to date registrations help us achieve this. All registration forms last for one academic year. So, unless any of your information changes you won’t need to complete a form until August/September 2025.

If you are registering for Toddler Praise, once you have completed this form you will receive a confirmation email that includes the weekly sign up link (this is the same throughout the year). Due to having limited spaces, we need you to sign up each week to secure your place. Please note you do not need to complete a registration form each week.
